MACRO TEXTURE COLLECTION:
The name MACRO TEXTURE was developed to explain that all the images in the collection are shot at very close range displaying amazing texture, and all are found in nature. This is a niche where I intentionally chose square dimensions, such as a 12x12, 16x16, or 20x20. I believe it gives my art a modern element.
I took this photogrpah with a Nikon D50 and a 300mm zoom lens. This is taken at a favorite spot of mine in Michigan and I just loved how the pinks of the trees collided with the dark greens of the foliage that morning. The leaves floating on the water, gleamin gin the morning sun give this such a dreamy feel.
