MACRO TEXTURE COLLECTION:
The name MACRO TEXTURE was developed to explain that all the images in the collection are shot at very close range displaying amazing texture, and all are found in nature. This is a niche where I intentionally chose square dimensions, such as a 12x12, 16x16, or 20x20. I believe it gives my art a modern element.



I took this photograph with a Nikon D3100 and a 300mm zoom lens. This is a reflection on the Grand River of all the beautiful colors lining the shore. The white diagonal color is a birch tree, as I tilted my camera a nice 45 degree angle to make the white come out of the corner on purpose.
